With one of the best collections of 'British Art on India', Imperial Hotel was the only luxury hotel in Lutyen's Delhi before 1945. The Patiala Peg commemorates the Maharaja of Patiala's team's victory over the Viceroy's, in a robust game of tent-pegging in the early 1900's. It has fine collection of wines unique to the hotel.
